Most “AI ads” products generate copy. That is not a loop. A loop has a sensor, an actuator, and a gate that decides whether more capital goes in. We call that closed circuit the ROAS Capital Effect™ — a trademark of ROAS Capital Pte. Ltd.
On the site it looks like a flywheel. In production it is six nodes, always in this order:
- Attribution — first-party journeys, not platform last-click.
- Agent — mutations: headline, CTA, audience, bid.
- Landing — Cloudflare Pages version N, live in minutes.
- Ad sets — creative + cap, same version number as the page.
- ROAS hold — live ROAS vs target. Hold or kill.
- + Budget — scale winners. Starve the rest.
Why a week of versions beats a quarter of opinions
Agencies ship a “test” every two sprints and call it experimentation. The Effect treats v1 → v40 as a cadence: landing and ad set mutate in the same cycle. If ROAS holds, capital follows. If it does not, the spawn dies. That is operations, not a brainstorm.
The compounding curve on the homepage is illustrative — 1× at version 1, approaching the 2× or 3× target by version 40. The point is not the formula. The point is that the loop itself is the product. Spend without a closed measurement path is a donation to Meta.
What we refuse to fake
- No auto-ACTIVE ads from an agent. Propose is cheap. Approve is a human gate. See the x402 path.
- No last-click theatre. Credit is multi-touch or we do not move budget.
- No “awareness” without a payback window.
The Effect is the named operating system. The factory that spawns companies onto it is a different layer — the Startup Fabrik. One loop per page. Capital across the portfolio.
