A media buyer who has never stood in a plant room will write HVAC ads that sound like SaaS. A Treuhänder who has never bought Meta will still know which sentence a Liechtenstein GmbH founder believes. The scarce input is the subject-matter expert. The Effect is how that sentence gets tested forty times without a wannabe agency in the middle.
Division of labour
- Expert — offer, objection handling, what must never be claimed, who the buyer actually is.
- Fabrik — product on Cloudflare, identity, payments, the spawn.
- Effect — attribution, mutations, landing vN, ad set vN, kill/scale.
- Operator — approve the first live ad into the right ROAS Capital (or child) ad account. No agent auto-ACTIVE.
That is why “we need a growth agency” is usually the wrong hire. Agencies sell hours. They do not own first-party journeys across a portfolio, and they will not kill your spawn when ROAS fails.
Different ads for different experts
A 1,000-vertical factory is not one creative system. It is one loop, many offers. The HVAC expert’s landing is not the HR expert’s landing. Shared infrastructure: UTM, CAPI, child accounts, versioning. Unshared: claims, proof, language, payback window. If you collapse that, you get generic ads and a blended ROAS that lies.
What the expert must still do
Sign off the offer. Confirm the forbidden claims (FinServ, health, guarantees). Sit in the first approve. After that, the loop can run daily tests — new Page, new ad set — while the expert stays in the domain, not in Ads Manager.
If the expert cannot state LTV/CAC geometry, we do not take the meeting. The Effect cannot invent unit economics. It can only compound what is already a business.
